The service

DailyVita is a calm supplement tracker and daily mood journal. It lets you record what you take, check in on how you feel, and receive a gentle weekly look-back. It is offered free of charge and may change over time as we improve it.

DailyVita is for general wellness and personal tracking only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified provider with any questions about supplements, medications, or a medical condition. Do not start, stop, or change anything you take based solely on the app.

Your account

You sign in with your email through a one-time link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for the entries you add. Please use DailyVita only for lawful, personal purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Your content

Your entries remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you so the service can work. You can delete your data at any time.

Our content

The DailyVita name, design, and software are owned by Lino Ti Inc. and are provided for your personal use, not for copying or redistribution.

Disclaimer and liability

DailyVita is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lino Ti Inc. is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
